InterSearch Mexico / Altium Partners, S.C.   ("InterSearch Mexico”, “Altium Partners” " "we," "us," or "our")   is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. InterSearch Mexico complies with Mexico´s “ Ley Federal de Proteccion de Datos Personales en Posesion de los Particulares y su Reglamento”.

This privacy policy explains how InterSearch México collects, uses, transfers and discloses your information.

 

WHO WE ARE

InterSearch Mexico is part of a global network of executive search firms which is comprised of separate legal entities.  InterSearch provides services from offices in around 50 countries.

InterSearch Mexico is an Executive Search & Consulting Firm.  We assist our clients in designing their organization: structure, roles, and responsibilities, compensation and development of their human resources.  We support our clients in the selection and hiring of talent required to achieve their business strategy.

 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

InterSearch Mexico is a leading search firm which collects, uses and stores a variety of personal data necessary to provide such services.

If you are a potential candidate for one of our executive search assignments, categories of personal data we collect may include: contact information (e-mail address, address, telephone number), career history, education history, social activities, compensation details, professional experience, languages, photographs, individual capabilities and preferences, personality, character traits, professional style profile, executive competencies, interview notes, identification data (civil/marital status, gender, nationality), and contact history. This data may be obtained directly from you, through publicly available sources and/or third parties such as sources/referees, your professional networking profile, news reports, and our authorized background check providers.

We may use your information to contact you in connection to our business as an executive search firm – such as evaluating candidate qualifications, contacting named references and communicating with clients regarding potential candidates. We may include your information in our internal database for the use of InterSearch Mexico employees performing an executive search or related services.

InterSearch Mexico may also use or disclose personal information (to comply with a legal obligation or because we have legitimate interest to do so) in order to: (i) comply with applicable laws, (ii) respond to inquiries, requests or orders from public or government authorities, including those outside of your country of residence.

We cannot and do not assume any responsibility for the actions or omissions of third parties, such as clients, including the way they use Personal Information received either from InterSearch Mexico or from other independent sources.

 

THE APPLICATION AND USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS (WITH ANONYMIZATION FUNCTION)

 

IP ANONYMIZATION

We have activated the IP anonymization feature on this website. Your IP address will be shortened by Google within the European Union or European Economic Area prior to transmission to the United States. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services regarding website activity and Internet usage for the website operator.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with any other data held by Google.

OUTSOURCED DATA PROCESSING

We have entered into an agreement with Google for the outsourcing of our data Processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the EU data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

DATA OF REFEREE AND SOURCES

If you are an individual who provides a personal reference or feedback for a candidate (either as a Referee or Source), we may collect and process your contact details, certain professional information (such as title, occupation, qualifications and employment history) and your connection to the candidate.  We may collect this information directly from you, the candidate or publicly available sources.  We will use this information to gather information on the relevant potential candidate such as your connection to, experience with, an opinion about such potential candidates.   We also may use your contact details to contact you in relation to any of our services that we believe may be of interest to you.

 

CLIENT DATA

If you are an InterSearch Mexico client, we may collect and use information about your company and individuals within your company to fulfill our obligations to you and furthering our business relationship.  Data collected will typically comprise your contact details (such as name, telephone number, email address, job title, and business record related to our services).

We may contact you from time to time to share relevant publications we believe could be of interest to you or relevant to your role at your organization.

 

RETENTION

InterSearch Mexico will retain your personal data only for as long as the data is needed in connection with the purposes for which it is being collected and used.

Once our relationship with you has ended, your personal data may still be relevant for our current or future legitimate business purposes.  For example, we may be required to retain certain personal information for our business records if you have been placed in a role by us.

Certain data may be required to be kept in order to show we are compliant and have fulfilled our obligations towards our clients or to continue meeting any obligations we may have once we have completed an assignment for our clients in which you may have been involved.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, erase, correct, update or complete your personal data,

or to request no further contact from InterSearch Mexico. Additionally, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing of your personal information, request transfer of your personal information to a third party, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Should you request that we remove your personal information from our database, please note that we may retain a minimal amount of personal information about you in order to prevent future contact, record your wish for your data to be removed, and to keep a record of the information disclosed to our clients.

Your provision of personal information to us is voluntary; although if you do not provide certain personal information, you may not be able to participate in our Services.

 

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

InterSearch Mexico reserves the right to change, modify or amend this privacy policy at any time and for any reason. If changes are made, we will post the revised policy on this website.
